The Common Law and the Fuero of Cuenca

It sets out the state of the art of what we know about the fuero de Cuenca and its family and analyses the influence that common law had on it. His analysis suggests that the drafting of the systematic version of the Fuero de Cuenca must have taken place at the end of the 13th century or even in the 14th century.
