Abstract

This is the fifth issue of the new phase that began in 2012. Almost three decades have passed since Professor Antonio Pérez Martín founded a new journal of legal history: GLOSSAE. Journal of the History of European Law. Undoubtedly, this was always a complex and risky task, especially when its purpose was to pay greater attention to a field of law that had not been sufficiently studied, such as ius commune, which distinguished and distinguished it from the majority of the History of Law journals existing at that time in Spain, where research and dissemination of Hispanic legal sources was the main focus.
