Comparison between the Latin and Catalan texts of the Usatges of Barcelona

Abstract

Comparison between the Latin text and the Catalan of the Usatges of the versions considered as official. The existent differences are pointed out: typographic errors, omissions, additions and translation errors. It is concluded that the Catalan translator had used besides the text Latin official, other codices that had a Latin text something different.
