YEARBOOK OF THE HISTORY OF SPANISH LAW

Since its publication in May 1924, the Yearbook, except for the parenthesis of the Civil War (year 1935, vol. XII), has been published periodically, becoming, due to the quality of its publications, an academic benchmark. Currently, the Yearbook is directed by Benjamín González Alonso, Professor of History of Law at the University of Salamanca. It is published annually and in paper magazine format.

The magazine does not have its own web page, however it is possible to access the full content of the issues published between 1924 and 2004, through a DVD edited by the Ministry of Justice, in 2006.

 History. Institutions. Documentos publishes works on the history of Law, Paleography and Diplomatics and Medieval history, although it admits studies referring to the old regime up to the year 1833.

The Journal appears, among other databases, in IMB (International Medieval Bibliography), PIO (Periodical Index Online), REGESTA IMPERII, ISOC and IHE. It is also included in the Latindex System Catalogue, fulfilling 27 of the required criteria.

Since its foundation, the objective of the journal has been focused on the publication of studies and documents on institutions and sources of history and history of law.

INITIUM. CATALAN MAGAZINE OF HISTORY OF THE DRET

Magazine of an interdisciplinary and international nature. It is directed by Aquilino Iglesia Ferririós, being the main means of dissemination of the grup de cecerca Jaume de Montjuic.

There is no specific address for the journal, although the website of the Law History Area of ​​the University of Barcelona provides information about the journal, as well as other publications of the Associaciò Catalana d 'History of Dret Jaume de Montjuic.

MAGAZINE OF DRET HISTÒRIC CATALÀ

The Societat Catalana d'Estudis Jurídics, a subsidiary of the Institut d'Estudis Catalans, sponsors the publication of the Revista de Dret Històric Català (rDhC ). Its purpose is the study of Institutions and the History of Catalan Law.

GENERAL JOURNAL OF ROMAN LAW

The General Magazine of Roman Law (RGDR) is, to this day, one of the four electronic magazines of Roman Law that exist on the net, With Diritto@Storia, Rivista di Diritto Romano y RIDROM.

It is aimed at scholars of doman law and the romanesque tradition, and is currently one of the most prestigious magazines in the field of Romance.

It is directed by Mr. Antonio Fernández de Buján, Professor of Roman Law at the Autonomous University of Madrid, and its deputy director is Juan Miguel Alburquerque, Professor of Roman Law at the University of Córdoba.

RIDROM. REVISTA INTERNACIONAL DE DERECHO ROMANO

The International Review of Roman Law, created under the auspices of the Ibero-American Association of Roman Law and the University of Castilla-La Mancha, aims to disseminate the results of research in the field of Roman Law and its reception.

Created in 2009 and published by the Clio et Themis association, the semi-annual magazine Clio@Themis, built around the triptych "History, Law, Society", is interested in the history of law in a broad sense, with a European perspective, from the Antiquity to the present day. It hosts original articles, mainly in french or english, but also in German, Spanish and Italian.
