This article offers an approach to medieval Spanish vocabulary coming from the languages of the Germanic peoples. Specifically, it refers to Palace Court civil servants, territorial demarcations, prosecutors, armed service, institutions of peace, truce. Also contains some notes on family law, obligations and contracts. This is an indication in order to determinate the true extension of the influence of German culture within the Spanish territory.
