This article focuses its interest on the synergies shared between Law and Literature through a reflective study on the fundamental rights and freedoms of the human being present in the literary work Primavera con una esquina rota. The conception of Law in Literature allows the reader to observe how a literary work, its characters and its plots can be examined through a legal interpretation. In this sense, the characters and situations of internal and external exile that they live constitute the fundamental seed on which the discussion about the fundamental rights and freedoms of the human being is framed.
